This page explains how to report content on CalTrack that infringes your rights or breaches our Terms of service, and how we handle those reports. It covers copyright (DMCA-style) notices, trademark and rights-of-publicity claims, and reports about abusive or impersonating profiles.
Inside the CalTrack app, long-press (or tap the overflow menu) on another user's avatar or display name on any user-facing surface — the leaderboard, contributor profile, or peer-verification screen — to open the Report and Block options.
If you cannot use the in-app flow (for example, you are a rights-holder
without a CalTrack account), email us at
codercoy128@gmail.com with the
subject line [CalTrack report] and the details described in the
relevant section below.
CalTrack is operated from the United Arab Emirates, not the United States, so the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) does not directly govern us. We follow the same notice-and-takedown practice as a courtesy and to comply with the policies of the platforms we distribute through (Apple App Store, Google Play).
To submit a copyright notice, email codercoy128@gmail.com with:
We will remove or restrict access to content we determine, in good faith, is the subject of a valid notice. We may forward the notice (including your contact details) to the user who uploaded the content.
For trademark complaints (e.g. a profile photo using your registered logo) or a rights-of-publicity complaint (e.g. a profile photo depicting you that you did not consent to), email us with:
Reports that a CalTrack profile is impersonating you, harassing another user, or breaching the Acceptable use rules can be sent through the in-app Report control or by email. We do not require proof of identity for an in-app report — we review the reported content against our Terms.
For impersonation reports by email (e.g. you are not on CalTrack and someone is impersonating you), please attach one form of government-issued photo ID, or a verifiable link (e.g. an "official" social account that the impersonator is copying), so we can compare. We delete ID copies as soon as the report is resolved.
If you see suspected CSAM on CalTrack, email
codercoy128@gmail.com with the
subject line [CalTrack CSAM] and we will act with priority.
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to codercoy128@gmail.com including:
We may forward the counter-notice to the original complainant.
We may terminate the accounts of users who we determine, in our reasonable judgement, are repeat infringers of intellectual-property rights — generally after two valid notices, sooner for severe or wilful cases. See Terms §12.
We aim to acknowledge reports within 3 business days and to resolve clear-cut cases (e.g. obvious copyright infringement, CSAM, explicit impersonation) within 7 days. Complex cases (e.g. disputed ownership, counter-notices) may take longer.
Possible outcomes include: no action (the content does not breach our Terms), removal of the specific content, restriction of the account's ability to upload, or termination of the account. We do not always notify the reporter of the outcome, but we will respond to direct copyright and trademark notices.
